ORSA U17 vs Greenville - 05/11/14

ORSA u17 won 4-1 home against a good Greenville team who are mysteriously bottom of the league.
Greenville offered solid resistance, but rarely threatened and when they did, guest goalie Tim Swartzfager was sharp and attentive in goal.
In a man of the match performance, Damien Wolfie Wolfe lead the way with his pace and awareness leading him to a hat-trick, one of which was a peach of a shot over the goalie from long range. Beautiful. Bailey Pifer got the scoring started with a stab on a shot from Luke Dye to ensure it found the net.
ORSA should probably have won by more with several players squandering good opportunities due to poor finishing.
The central midfield again struggled to keep the shape and attack and defense becoming separated again. ORSA were strong again in defense with Morgan continuing his excellent season and Micaela Zdarko having a very solid game at right back.
In truth though ORSA were just too strong for a pleasant Greenville team and go into this weekends game in second place.
The title is being contested between ORSA, Mercer and Meadville, so this weekends game away at Meadville may well be decisive for the season
